Right of withdrawal: 14-day withdrawal period

You have the right to return a product or service purchased online, by phone, or through home sales (in legal terms, "distance selling," by entering into a "distance contract"). This means that the contract can be canceled within 14 days without providing a reason ("withdrawal period"). For goods, this means 14 days from the delivery date, and for services, 14 days from the date of contract formation. If the withdrawal period ends on a public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
